The post-holiday slump is alive and well. The meticulous process of boat work continues. More gelcoat, more sanding, more gelcoat, more sanding.

Discussions with vendors regarding the finishing details including North Sails. The work completed for the other vessel in the plant looks to be of good quality with quality materials. The fabric for upholstery work has arrived and measurements for interior finishes is underway.

Details continue to come together, albeit slowing. The depth of the forward lockers is more than 6 feet deep and a ladder is constructed to allow easier entry and exit from the locker. No banishment for crew to the locker if they can get in and out on their own! 😊

Time to get her sealed up! Hatches are lined up and dry fit for install. A little drama as hatches shipped were not as ordered. My understanding was that stern words in French were used and the correct hatches were located. Ooops!

Work on the hard bimini top continues. Bonding the top and bottom together as well as the dinghy davits.
