Hard to believe that these chemicals and materials will form the structure of our sailing home. It's true! Weeks and weeks of the diligent efforts of the wonderful people at Celtic Yachts and this will be the hull of the Admiral 40 Executive Owner's Version catamaran.
In several weeks the hull will look like this:
For now, the creation of the hulls is in progress and takes several weeks. The team prepares the mold by cleaning and applying a non-stick material to allow the hull to be removed from the mold without damaging either the mold or the hull.
More to come, slow but sure progress . . . . just like sailing.
